Welsh Cakes
With Saint David's Day around the corner there's no better reason to make these quick, easy and really tasty cakes. Welsh Cakes are a cross between pancakes and scones and are traditionally cooked on a bakestone or griddle pan. However, I use a frying pan and they turn out great.
Time: 10 - 15 mins prep, 10 mins cooking
