Almond Biscotti

Biscotti, meaning 'twiced baked' in Italian, are the hard sweet biscuits you can buy in coffee shops. Biscotti are surprisingly easy to make and are perfect for dunking in a tea or milky coffee. They are also practically fat-free so swap them for your shortbread.
